CONTACT ROUTES

Three legal contact routes

Legal questions need a clear path, not a chat loop with no context. Use the route that matches your request so we can check your account, payment trail or data concern with…

Legal mailbox Send legal notices, formal requests or policy questions through the legal contact shown in your account area. We may ask for identity checks before sharing account records or changing stored details.
Account help desk Use account help when your legal request is linked to login access, name correction, phone changes or recovery. Share only the details needed for the check, and avoid sending full payment screenshots unless asked.
Payment record check For UPI, Paytm or PhonePe disputes, provide the reference number, date, amount and account email. We compare it with wallet records and tell you what can be corrected under our terms.
DATA PRACTICE

Six ways we handle records

Our legal process is built around traceable records and limited access. We keep only the data needed for account operation, payment checks, security review, dispute handling and legal duties.

Account data

We use your account details to verify access, apply terms and respond to requests. These details can include your name, phone, email, login history and account status where needed for legal handling.

Payment records

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe references are kept with wallet activity so deposits, withdrawals and disputes can be checked. We do not ask for your banking password or full wallet login access.

Cookie controls

Cookies support login sessions, language choice and basic site measurement. You can manage browser cookie settings, but turning them off may affect account access, session checks or saved preferences.

Security checks

We monitor account changes, device signals and unusual access attempts to protect records from misuse. Extra checks may be requested before we release data or process a sensitive account change.

Retention periods

Records are kept for as long as needed for account terms, payment checks, dispute handling and legal duties. When retention is no longer needed, we remove or anonymise records where practical.

Change requests

You can ask us to correct account details, check stored data or explain why a record is kept. We may need proof that the request comes from the account holder.

Legal questions before account access

These answers explain how our legal terms apply to account access, data, cookies and India payment records. They are written for day-to-day account situations, but they do not replace the full terms shown on this page. If your request involves a dispute, identity change or payment correction, contact us with enough detail to locate the account record.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. You must also pass any account checks we require for identity, payment records or access safety before certain features are enabled.

We may keep your name, phone, email, login activity, payment references and support messages. These records help us apply account terms, answer disputes, confirm changes and meet legal duties.

Payment references are matched with wallet activity so deposits, withdrawals and disputes can be traced. We use the reference, date and amount, not your wallet password or full app access.

Yes, you can request a correction when a stored detail is wrong or outdated. We may ask for proof that the request comes from you before changing phone, email or identity details.

Cookies help keep your session active, remember language choices and check whether account pages load correctly. You can manage them in your browser, though some account functions may be affected.

Some records may be kept after closure for payment checks, disputes, legal duties or misuse prevention. When those reasons no longer apply, we remove or anonymise records where practical.

Use the legal contact path in your account area and include your registered email or phone, the issue, and any payment reference. We may ask for verification before sharing or changing records.
